Custom Home Building Journey
Your journey with BPR begins and ends with communication and transparency.
Planning
- We meet face to face to gain an understanding of your objectives and establish some budget expectations.
- We’ll prepare some preliminary drawings for your consideration.
- We modify and review plans until you are satisfied with both the design and the budget.
- We’ll finalize the contract and establish milestone dates for construction.
Construction
- You’ll meet with an interior designer to help with selection of finishes.
- We’ll arrange periodic meetings during construction to communicate progress and ensure you needs are being met. No surprises!
- Often during construction, plans will change for one reason or other, either customer or builder driven. We always do our best to incorporate them with zero or minimal cost.
